So thats what pops up every time I get half way or all the way through burning a DL disk. I use Verbatim and never used to have issues burning.

Post the whole log please.

 

It looks like your drive is just doing a bad job of burning those discs.

 

Slimline drives don't make for good burners.

 

Try selecting one of the slower supported write speeds.

 

Cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc may help too.

 

Did the problem start when you got a new spindle of discs? Maybe they're faulty or not quite identical to your last ones.

I am already writing it at 2.4x and every disk ive used has done this. and that was my whole log. any recommendations?

The piece of the log you posted shows that disc was burned at max speed (6x with your drive/firmware/media combination). All that you can try has already been outlined above by LUK.

None of those things worked. Does anyone have anything I can try? it used to work just fine. Maybe downgrading to an older version?
