CD-R burn stuck on "Writing LeadIn"

When I try to burn a CD-R, ImgBurn never gets past "Writing LeadIn", and the Buffwe is stuck at 2%. Here is the log:

I have a similar problem with Nero 10, the buffer sticks at 50% and then I get a "Reset occurred" error.
