Build Mode Backup to Multiple ISO

I am wanting to use ImgBurn to backup a large drive every few months as a "time stamped" set.

Currently I use the build mode and write to DVD directly.

Not bad, but it requires manual intervention each time a disc is full (removing and replacing the disc). Also due to the time required if any files change on the drive the backed up version may not correspond to the date of backup. To avoid this the backup must be done overnight and I then have to man that station and then it may still span two evenings.

I would love to have ImgBurn build a backup set and write it to ISO images. This would then be done fast and overnight. All the files would have the same "date" of backup. Then with everything captured / written to ISO, they can be transfered to actual media DVD's for storage offsite. Although that may take time, the files on these disks are a single date set.

Any advice on how to do this?
