Hello, I'm having this problem occur repeatedly, any help on what it means?

what happens if you UNcheck Test Mode ?

Same thing.

 

The exact same problem comes up when I try other programs, too.

Just speculating,

 

Could this have something to do with the filesystem made by the playstation?

It might be, though I'm not sure what I'll be able to do with that information.

 

In any case, I'm going to try recreating the iso again, and see if that fixes things.

your firmwares out of date as well , 2.0e seems to be the latest for that drive

I'd go with firmware / media myself.

 

The image format does look different to most (all?) PS2 stuff I've ever seen though.
