Cant get ImgBurn to read my Dual Layer DVDs. I get "device not ready" everytime I try. The log is:

I 12:42:09 Found 1 DVD-ROM and 1 DVD±RW!

 

 

Any help would be appreciated. And I am using Memorex DVD+R Dual Layers. 8x 8.5GB 240 Minutes. My computer is a HP Pavilion a1040n stock.

If not reading any discs at all or is reading all discs except those... yes.

 

The alternative is to buy some DL discs it supports - probably 2.4x Verbatim ones with the MKM-001-00 MID/dye.
