Ajedi78 Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I have been using ImgBurn for quite a while now. I have recently bought an iHas124 burner drive as well as updated it to the new iXtreme burner FW. Alsoo d/l'd the latest version of ImgBurn. However apparently when attempting to burn a XGD3 onto a disc I am supposed to be getting the option to either 'overburn' or 'truncate'. I am getting neither. It goes straight through to the burning phrase. I have tried to alter it via the 'Write' page on the settings however it always goes back to overburn whenever I go back into it I apologise for coming onto these here forums and asking bout it but I have checked the net via Google and not found any answers.....before anyone says re-install ImgBurn I have already done so this afternoon.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 The firmware makes discs look bigger that normal. So unless whatever you're burning is larger than the extended disc size, you won't get the prompt to overburn or truncate.
