Try using your internal burner instead. My internal burner isnt working no more. Its broken Thats why i bought a new one. And got external cuz i can use this when i get new laptop at christmas EDIT: Nd sorry about being impatient, i hav waisted about 10 disks cuz of differnet errors Getting fed up with it. LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 There your drive just returned a 'Write Error' whilst attempting to burn to the disc. The discs you're using are the cheapo 'RICOHJPN-D01-67' dye rather than the recommended MKM-001-00 or MKM-003-00 dye. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 You'll also notice that thread tells you to avoid slimline drives. A 'Sumvision Tempest' should do the job. Personally I wouldn't waste money on lightscribe DVD+R DL discs, they're over double the price of normal ones.
