Failed to Write Sectors 576 - 607 - Reason: Invalid Command Operation Code

Hey all, thanks for taking the time to check this post out. Been using ImgBurn for years with excellent results. I am at the end of my rope here with this issue though, really confused why this is happening.

I have had very intermittent burning over the past month or two. Most of the time I will get the errors/warnings in the log below and it will outright fail, sometimes it will complete but I have very little comfort in the disc being accurate.

Any help or suggestions you have would be appreciated.

Running an Intel P67 motherboard with latest chipset and RST drivers.

System is currently running in AHCI mode.

Have tried full clean re-installs of Win7 x64 Ultimate, same problem.

Have tried safe mode, same problem.

Have tried two separate known-working drives, same problem.

Have tried swapping SATA cables, SATA ports, power cables, etc, same problem.

Have the problem with all media - CD-R, DVD+R, DVD+R DL. Using Verbatim discs, have tried different discs from different spindles, same problem.

Have tried Automatic Write Speed and have tried lowest possible write speed for each media type, same problem.

Have tried default SPTI which has always worked, ElbyCDIO, and VSO. Log below shows the ElbyCDIO test.

Have tried updating firmware of both drives, same problem.
