ALWAYS FREEZES ON WRITING LEADIN .... HELP PLEASE

HI people new here but thought would come to experts as have no clue myself

right my problem has been going on a while when ever I try to burn a disk using img what ever the disk d/l dvdr or cd-r it always just freezes on writing lead in... can anyone help guide me right lines I have included the log for any suggestions or help thanks people would appreciate any help

Any of your drives (there are two as I see) can't initialize a disc?

 

Does it read any previous burned or original pressed discs? Any of the two?

 

Are there any filters installed when you go to Tools\Filter Drive Load Order.... Copy to clipboard and paste here for us.

both will come up and play and recognize disks

 

Does it read any previous burned or original pressed discs? Any of the two?

yes they read disk and think i've managed bout 2 successfully burned disk and that was same as i alays do out of at least 50 + trys

You need to try other media different from RITEKG05 MID/dye.

 

Verbatim MCC and MKM MID/dye are recommended.
