Rewriting ISO files

Hi there,

 

So,i have an burnt DVD with a ps2 game on it,but the disc is very damaged,thus my ps2 hardly plays it.

My question is:can i somehow take that ISO file from the DVD and rewrite it to a new clean disc?

If yes,how?
