Still getting errors even though....

Even though my xbox is up to date with the latest i-extreme software . and i usd verbitem +DL discs ... still getting the following log error? and when veryfying after it says successfully completed . it aborts at 48% with time out errors and such . and the disc just does not play ..

 

Any idea's what else may be wrong that i could fix??

That's not a "real" Verbatim disc,

yes your right . thats the log from the richo discs i was using before . but the log with the verbitims i used afterwards. were exactly the same outcome .. do you think it could be anything to do with my DVD drive on my laptop ? if its just coasting veritims and richos's and coming up with the same log errors regardless of discs. it says it writes to the disc ok after miscompare speed adjustments and layer thing ect..
