Try burning at a slower speed. Your drive isn't producing a very good burn at 'max' speed on those discs.

These are the speeds your drive/firmware claim they support on those discs...

If you've tried all of those and they all fail, you should think about buying other/better discs (Taiyo Yuden) and perhaps cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc.
