Problem Burning 99Min CD-R's

I just got a pack of 99min CD-R delivered today. I have tried burning 2 CDI files and have made about 6-7 coasters, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have tried DiscJuggler and ImgBurn, in ImgBurn it looks like they are burning fine until about 95%-98% then my drive makes a clicking sound and i get an error. I am Overburing the file.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it is just my burner, does anyone know if these errors are being cause by certain setting or is it that my burner doesn't support 99min media?

It looks like your drive just can't cope with doing the full 99 minutes on those discs - it's purely a drive/firmware/media combo thing.

Thanks for the info, now it looks like i need to buy a new burner...Can anyone recommend a burner that can handle 99min media?

Can't say that I've tried any myself - or at least not for a long, long time. Maybe one of the drive reviews over at the MyCE forums will contain that kind of info?
