Lots of errors and failings

Just tried to burn a bootable Windows repair disc but encountered lots of errors so not sure if its the drive or the burn?

Tried to set the write speed to 2.4x?

Try another full erase on the disc too.

Ok tried x2.4 and full erase but still the same.

I then tried another disc and it was the same then another, however this time it worked with no errors.

Its the same brand/make of disc so not sure why it burned ok this time but i guess as they say 3rd time lucky!
