LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Do all 3 of the options listed under 'close'. There's nothing more you can do.
alex68md Posted March 26, 2012 Author Posted March 26, 2012 did all 3. nothing happened. so imgburn cannot close disc if disc was opened not by imgburn??
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 They're the three commands you can send to a drive in order to make it finalise a disc. If they don't work then the drive can't close the disc. Now you've done all 3, please go into Write mode and copy + paste all the disc info from the box on the right when that disc is in the drive.
alex68md Posted March 29, 2012 Author Posted March 29, 2012 could you help how to view info about inserted CD how many session. closed or not disc/track,etc ?
alex68md Posted March 29, 2012 Author Posted March 29, 2012 ianymaty and I will see how many session on this disc ?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 Yes. And you could have looked at it and found the answer for yourself in the time it took you to reply

LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 Correct, the disc isn't finalised. You've got an empty 2nd session open. I don't really know how you'd close that. I don't think it's possible without actually writing some data to it. I can't find an option in Nero to close/finalise anything AFTER the fact, you just have the option to close/finalise at burn time.
alex68md Posted March 31, 2012 Author Posted March 31, 2012 LIGHTNING UK! in the nero this can be done very easy - make "continue session" but make only finalize (without writing some data) and burn it. in the my data drom previous step - I have select write mode (as you said) and I guess imgburn by self have opened session2. the result is imgburn cannot help me to close some disc\session. very sad
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 Yes, that's not exactly just closing it though is it. It's writing another (empty) session and closing it. ImgBurn never opens a 2nd session, it doesn't do multisession full stop.
