Do all 3 of the options listed under 'close'. There's nothing more you can do.

did all 3. nothing happened. so imgburn cannot close disc if disc was opened not by imgburn?? :(

They're the three commands you can send to a drive in order to make it finalise a disc. If they don't work then the drive can't close the disc.

Now you've done all 3, please go into Write mode and copy + paste all the disc info from the box on the right when that disc is in the drive.

so? disc is not closed right? and imgburn cannot it close but nero can

Correct, the disc isn't finalised. You've got an empty 2nd session open.

I don't really know how you'd close that. I don't think it's possible without actually writing some data to it.

I can't find an option in Nero to close/finalise anything AFTER the fact, you just have the option to close/finalise at burn time.

LIGHTNING UK! in the nero this can be done very easy - make "continue session" but make only finalize (without writing some data) and burn it.

in the my data drom previous step - I have select write mode (as you said) and I guess imgburn by self have opened session2.

the result is imgburn cannot help me to close some disc\session. very sad :(

Yes, that's not exactly just closing it though is it. It's writing another (empty) session and closing it.

ImgBurn never opens a 2nd session, it doesn't do multisession full stop.
