XGD3 problem at layerbreak (49%)

Hello everyone.

I have a problem burning a backup copy of a xbox game. I actually tried different ISOs.

The media I am using are Verbatim DVD+R DL with mediacode MKM003; I don't know where they were made though because I removed the label from the spindle.

The burner I am using is a Lite-on iHas 124b with iXtreme Burner Max firmware. I would like to point out that after a few failures I decided to crossflash to model number 524b. Using the latter, I decided to modify the mediacode specifications from MKM 0a3 to MKM 003. I haven't been able to obtain working discs with both firmwares.

I also tried different settings as suggested by many relevant users in the scene (Lightning UK included).

I am attaching a log that might be useful to assess my problem:
