I'm trying to use ImgBurn 2.5.7.0 to rip an image of a DVD but I can't, as I get the following error: "Sorry, using Read Mode to create an image file from a multi-track disc is not currently supported".

I can't see why ImgBurn isn't able to rip this image and I think I've done it before, with older versions... anyway, below is the disc info, in case it helps. This DVD wasn't originally created by me, so I'm not sure how it was created, but I would guess it was created by some sort of DVR, since it was done by a third-party who converts VHS tapes to DVD.
