Clueless in Seattle
I'm running ImgBurn 2.5.7 on an old P4 PC running XP Pro I'm trying to follow the instructions in the guide How to create a double layer DVD Video image file using ImgBurn I got as far as the 7th screen shot where is says: "Next go to Advanced -> Media and ensure you have selected the appropriate profiles for the media you're intending to write to." In the guide's screen shot it shows a row of four tabs: Dates, Media, Restrictions, Bootable Disk But on my screen all I have are three tabs: Dates, Restrictions, Bootable Disk The "Media" tab referred to in the guide is missing. It's just not there. What do I need to do?
LIGHTNING UK!
You must currently have the 'Output' set to 'Device' rather than 'Image File' - just change it via the menu at the top of the main window.
Clueless in Seattle
Thanks LIGHTNING UK! for that lightning fast reply. I checked my settings and I did indeed have Output set to Device. But the Media tab is still missing under Advanced.

Clueless in Seattle
It can't be, check again! Here's a screen shot of what I see on my monitor:I'm sure I've made some obvious blunder somewhere along the way. Maybe this will give you the clue you need to point it out to me. LIGHTNING UK!
You're still on 'Device' output, it needs to be on 'Image File'. I'm sorry if that wasn't clear from my previous reply.
