Cynthia Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 I 18:46:06 Synchronising Cache... How long time in minutes did you wait?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 As your Windows install is 2 service packs behind where it should be, I'm guessing your drivers are equally as outdated. I've seen that cause this problem before. Right click the drive selection drop down box and click 'Family Tree'. Close the prompt and then copy + paste everything from the Log window please.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 Like I said, I've seen this problem being caused by outdated drivers. Installing the latest ones usually fixes it. If you could provide the info I asked for, it would be appreciated.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 SP2 is the current one. Then you'd probably want ot put on the latest (currently anyway!) Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20913&keyword=%22rapid%22&lang=eng You'd want the 'STOR_Win7_XP_11.1.0.1006.exe' file.
