Region Codes?

Im sure this has been coved somewhere, sorry for the spam. I did a keyword search and didnt find it.

 

Can image burn remove or change a region code?

It can change the regional code of the drive (5 times as per normal limits).

 

It can't change it for whatever DVD Video disc you're burning.
