I00 Files Trouble

I downloaded a Ps2 game and when i took it out of my dlm it came in two I00 files. imgburn says its too big to make an iso file with, and there is no mds file with it so what do I do??? Any help is much appreciated

2 '*.i00' files?

 

Normally you'd have an i00 and an i01 or something.

 

So maybe it's meant to go on 2 separate discs.
