Imgburn does not automatically create a Certificate folder for Bluray movie

Greeting

 

I have this IP Man 2 bluray movie which i download from the net and it does not come with certificate folder. I try to use imgburn to make into an ISO File but during the process of creating, i realised that Imgburn does not automatically create a Certificate folder

 

May i know what could be wronged with Imgburn and how should i go creating a certificate folder for this movie
