dutchie Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 I have a version of "Seven wonders of the world" by John Romer, produced in China (not available through the original producer Discovery anymore). The sound is in English and you can choose between Chinese and English subtitles, but you cannot choose "no subtitles". I suppose I could make an mp4 file through Handbrake, which gives you the opportunity to delete subtitles if those are not imprinted in the file. But is there a way to do the same thing while copying/burning through ImgBurn?
ianymaty Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 No. Maybe DVD Shrink will help you to get rid of the subtitles and not need for compressing in other format.
dbminter Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 I would also recommend using DVDShrink to remove the subtitles. Unless, of course, you want to keep the subtitles and just turn them off. With that, you'd need to edit the IFO file with IFOEdit. I've done before twice, but, I forget exactly how I did it. Plus, using IFOEdit is for advanced users; even I don't like fiddling with it unless I have to.
