lpf Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 Hello. First of all, I just want to say thank you to the people who wrote the guides as they are very informative and thorough and really explains clearly to a newbie like me. My question is this: When burning video in VIDEO_TS format to DVD (double layer), I see that there are 2 ways to do it. 1.) VIDEO_TS folder -> DVD9 (burn directly to disc) 2.) VIDEO_TS folder -> image -> DVD9 (first create image, then burn image to disc) I'm extremely OCD so I'm wondering, what exactly is the difference? Is one way preferred over another? I'm sorry if this is stupid question.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 I prefer to build images and then burn those. Whichever way round you do it, you'll still end up with the same thing on the disc.
