Hi, could someone please help me out!? - im trying to burn discs but i keep getting this error everytime i try. i've tried differant discs but had no luck :(

 

Here is the log that i get:

The installed firmware in the burner has no support for that media code/disc id.

 

I 21:17:13 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: RITEKF1)

 

Try with some more common like Verbatim AZO.

THANK YOU!!!!! i downloaded ziggy's 2.19 bt firmware, flashed my drive and it's worked a treat! :D

 

Would reccommend this for anyone facing the same troubles! :)
