Simon88 Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 I have some folders with long unicode folder names (using CJK characters) with equally long files names. When written on Blu-Ray using default settings, NO warning was issued by ImgBurn. In the past I remember ImgBurn recommending to change to using UDF to and if it still warns of needing to shorten names, I'd then rename the offending files. But in the latest ImgBurn, I see it just burns them and verifies them without issue.... However, I sometimes burn a checksum files along with the files and the checksum files will no longer work because of the altered pathnames. Software based ECC parity/file recovery files also failed as they need correct paths as well. Can you add more WARNINGS before burning.....?? thanx...
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Nothing written to the log window? That's where warnings for stuff like that are displayed.
