Disc not empty.

First of all, sorry if I commit any grammar mistake, english is not my main language... Well, I know there are many other topics talking about this issue, but I've read in one of them that I should make my own topic about it, so...

 

Well, every time I try burning something into a 4.7GB DVD-R, it says me "Disc not empty". I really don't know what to do, and what I should post here as information. But if you tell me something to post, I'll... Please, someone help me, and thanks for reading this.

 

Oh, I've posted a log that shows, first when I try to erase the disc and secondly what happens when I try to write to the disc.

Make sure the disc is clean of dust, fingerprints or scratches.

 

Clean the drive with a cleaning disc.

 

Try a full erase.

 

Try a new disc.

I've cleaned both and tried a new disc, but when I try the full erase, it shows me:

Those are not rewritable discs, so trying to erase them will fail everytime.

 

With ImgBurn in Write mode, insert a brand new blank disc in the drive, and if it says 'Disc Not Empty' please copy all the media information text shown on the right of ImgBurn's window.
