I/O error with 2.5.7 ver

i want to burn double layer disk the drive was burn compeletly but in verify in 50% it says I/O error please help

i do all the work but it has I/O error in my city i cant found verbatim disk and i use T-GATE disk

Have you tried burning faster? At 4x for example. If that still doesn't work then you'll need to try with other brands of DVD+R DL media until you find one that works for you.
