Medium not present

Hi,

When i try to load the dvd burner program i get this message saying the device is not ready - medium not present??

The dvd burner reads it and says the logical unit is in process of becoming ready but then nopthing happens....

I have tried searching the forums but to no avail..

Here is the log as requested..
