V2.5.7.0 fail of Check for Imgburn update

In Win XP SP2 click Help > Check for Imgburn update

 

Expected: check for update

Observed: no check - dialog

 

 

InternetOpenUrl Failed!
URL Number: 0
Reason: The system cannot find the file specified.

 

This is 100% reproducible here.

It works fine here and all the files are present and correct.
