BluRay 25GB turned to iso won't play in Power DVD

Hi,

 

I'm backing up my Blurays to 25GB discs movie only. I have done my first one and it creates the BMDV and Certificate folders but when I put them into imgburn and make an iso out of them it won't play in power DVD. Other 25GB BR downloads in iso format mount and play fine in Power DVD but this iso that I made says wrong format disc.
