LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 2, 2012 Share Posted September 2, 2012 How many times has it failed to burn a *new* disc? Have you tried burning at 6x and 8x too? Notice your selected speed of 2.4x isn't even an option for that drive/firmware/media combo so the drive uses 4x instead. btw, you should install service pack 1 for Windows 7. After I installed all looked in Device Manager and saw no disk drive is configured properly. I did update the driver through the site of the burning and everything works fine!! Thank you!
