Is it possible to write a 6 GB file splitted to 2 dvd (each 4 GB)?

I need to backup to dvd one single .pst file that is 6 GB.

I need to use single layer dvds, so each one is 4GB.

With ImgBurn, is it possible to write one single big files to two dvds?

Or I need to use a splitting tool and then write two different files?

I would just use RAR to compress the file and use the option to set the file size to split the RAR into parts. Then, create 2 DVD-5's from those parts.
