How to encode a DVD

I have got an Idea to encode the DVD contents against illegal copy following way:

1) First to write some text to an empty DVD using a Label flash program to some DVD surface area.

2) Write an Image using ImgBurn software. The image is crated to hold some dummy data in the area declined by Label flash. The data in this area would be errorneous so the diskcopy effort will be not successful.

 

The problem is that ImgBurn is stopping burning while trying to burn to the declined area of the disc.

I wonder if somebody has an idea how to forbid the ImgBurn to test the burning result in a selected area of the disk or at least in a whole disk (what is a little dengeroes, I am afraid...).
