I/Q Error

I keep getting this error whenver I try to put a image on a dvd, it's strange because it sometimes works for no reason and then goes back to this

Try a lower speed instead of MAX (8x). You have 2.4x and 4x available supported write speeds.

 

Clean the drive laser with a cotton bud and some rubbing alcohol.
