pratto Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 i read the post from jan 2010. he said that the problem was solved by using the Joliet option. after that change he could fast forward a CD. well, i made sure that i was using the ISO & Joliet option. but whether i burn my mp3 to a CD or a DVD, the "fast forwarding" was only slightly faster than normal, and FF1 was it. i am not sure if he was happy with that, or i am doing something wrong, but that is no good. my stanalone DVD player is about 7 years old. so i don't know if that is the issue. so i will just ask - should burning an mp3 disk allow REAL fast forwarding ?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 How fast something fast forwards is down to whatever player you're playing the disc on. The file system being used on the disc should have nothing to do with anything.
