IMG Burn for DVD

So in a few weeks im off to university and realy want to take my dvd collection with me but without taking up the space. I own a 3TB External hard drive which i believe will be enough to hold them all.

 

I was pointed to this program being able to do this for alongside Daemontools, but beside that im stuck. Ive downloaded both but am now realy confused

 

Can anyone help?

Create an image of the disc, saving it to your external hdd. Then just mount the image in DAEMON Tools when you want to play it.

 

This will of course only work on unprotected DVDs. Copy protection on commercial discs will prevent ImgBurn from working.
