Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 (edited) How long did it take to make ImgBurn and how long did it take to understand all about it?? Oh Is ImgBurn coded in C++ or Csharp! Edited October 1, 2012 by Adrianvdh
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 It's an ongoing project that carried on with code from DVD Decrypter... so it's been going for years now (since 2000/2001 or something). It's written in Borland C++ Builder.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 Again, it's an ongoing thing. I started when I was in college and studying 'Computer Science' (age 16-18). I'm now 33.
Adrianvdh Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 Is your profile Picture the car you driving now?
Adrianvdh Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 And For interest sake what PC case model do you have because im having a hard time wondering were you putting all these disc drives?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Do you know what car that is? Yes, I still have it and it's coming up for being 10 years old now. One of these days I'll change it, but it stills puts a smile on my face and doesn't get a whole lot of use. My current case is a Lian Li PC-V2010. I also have 2 of these sitting by the side of it. http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=reviews&rev=2
Adrianvdh Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 Could you tell me what are you PC specs i.e. Processor, Motherboard
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 2 ST5's. My machine is basically a GA-Z68X-UD5 motherboard with an i7-2600K CPU and 16GB RAM. If I haven't replied, you can edit your posts you know? No need to make 2 or 3 in a row with a single line in them - that's kinda annoying.
Adrianvdh Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 oh I know that but I have a question about the ImgBurn forum ... how do I add what you just said to my message like in a neat box like this http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=20618
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 That's a Quote... just hit the 'Quote' button. or you can do it manually... This is a quote
This is a quote
Adrianvdh Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 (edited) Oh ok but what do you use an i7 for? what do people proccess I just did that for a test Edited October 3, 2012 by Adrianvdh
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 What do you think I use it for?! That's a semi ridiculous question. Do I max it out 24/7... no. That doesn't mean I don't want or need decent CPU though.
Adrianvdh Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 Just asking because I have an i3 and I never most of it and my friends have i7's and i5's and they never use that computing power
Adrianvdh Posted October 3, 2012 Author Posted October 3, 2012 (edited) Do the people in the UK know who you are 'The Author of ImgBurn' if is it werid when you go to a PC store and buy Blanks discs Edited October 3, 2012 by Adrianvdh
