jfpt Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 Hi, I burned an iso file to a CD, the burn was successful. The iso file was created from a CD-ROM but when I insert the disc all i get is the option to run index.html or to open folder and view files when I try to launch the CD. When I click on the run index.html I get a static image of a page. Have I missed a step or done something wrong or could the CD-ROM have been protected against functioning when copied? Thanks

LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 Do you actually have the original CD? If it burnt and verified ok, there's really nothing more we can do. If the source image was right in the first place, it should work fine. I've no idea of the disc is copy protected or not - ones that are obviously won't copy correctly. I also have no idea what the disc is supposed to do / look like when you try and run it.
