Backing up games using Verbatim disk problems

I've backed up many games and the last two i've had the same problem. The file is under 5 gigabytes and im using verbatim dual layer 8.5 gb disk like I always do. When I go to burn the file it is saying there is not enough space and gives me the option to overburn or truncate. Usually if a file is this small it tells me I dont need a dual layer disk. But it seems like its not even recognizing the second layer because its showing only 4.1gb free space on the disk. Can someone help me with this? I dont know if I changed the settings or what.

Please copy+paste all of the disc info from the panel on the right when you're in 'Write' mode with one of the problem discs in the drive.

I was looking at the wrong file. It was 7.89GB not 4.1. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the quick response.
