Files burn successfully but selectively

I'm just trying to burn folders with many different kinds of files (word, CAD, in Design, pdf, jpegs, and others) to a DVD but when the disc burns some of the files fail to copy. There is no error message or anything. It says the burn is successful but when I go back into the disc to see what's on it, lots of things are missing.

 

Please help, I don't know anything about computers!

Which 'Input' mode do you have selected in the menu at the top of the main window?

 

Which options have you got enabled (checked) on the 'Options' tab visible in the main window when you're in 'Build' mode?

Oh, and under options:

 

recurse subdirectories,

include hidden files,

include system files

include archive files only.

The 'only' part of the last one is important

 

If it's enabled, only files with their 'archive' attribute set will be included.
