Copy folders to (new) project

I just started a new project -- building an ISO from folders. I slected a folder, then added it to the project, but what was added was the selected folder and its parents, up to the drive letter --

 

How do I added folders to a project, so the added folder does not contains any of its parent folders?

You must have enabled the 'Preserve Full Pathnames' option. Turn it off again.
