Get a layouts dont match while burning a dual layer dvd

Following weird things:

 

1. Media and Drive both say 2.4x write speed but burns at >8x

2. Write speed succesfully set to 2.4 x but burns at <8x

 

Got this error back to back burning 3 DVDs....have updated the firmware just now

With that disc in the drive, switch to Read mode in ImgBurn and copy + paste all of the disc info text from the box on the right please.

 

Please also right click the drive selection box and click 'Family Tree'. Then close the prompt that pops up and copy + paste everything from the Log window.
