Steve722 Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 After IB is lanched the DVD RW drive is located and appears in destination. after an MDS file is selected for 'Source', messages reads 'Getting book type' then the RW device is removed and get meassage 'No Writers Detected'. Last try it made ti past the Getting book type and message' Getting MID...' then 'No Writer Detected'. In all cases the DVD RW drive is removed from Windows Explore also and a reboot is required to get it back. LOG: I 14:35:12 ImgBurn Version 2.5.7.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 9, 2012 Posted December 9, 2012 You probably need to look for an updated SATA controller driver for your motherboard. That command should not cause the drive to be removed from the OS.
