AMC888 Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 Hello everybody. I've bought BDX3200 recently and decided to back up some of my blu-rays. BD25s play just perfect but I have problems with BD50s. The majority of them can't be played, the player says "Unknown Disc". The interesting thing is that sometimes I can play some discs that were not playable before. Any help/advice would be highly appreciated! My BD-RW is LG BH10LS30 and I'm using ImgBurn.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 Maybe it just can't read them very well. The media you're using might not be a good match for your burner or something.

I was thinking thinking the same but there are discs that play fine. I always use the same media from the same store - http://www.ebay.com/itm/280858921165?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 I have no idea then. If it burns and verifies ok, the disc is at least readable in the drive that burnt it. Playback in other devices comes down to them being able to read the disc full stop, and then being happy with what's burnt to it (i.e. the source files you just burnt). None of that is anything to do with ImgBurn.
AMC888 Posted December 10, 2012 Author Posted December 10, 2012 It's readable in the drive. I tried to build an ISO and burn it. Tried ImgBurn and Ashampoo. ImgBurn built the ISO just ok. Ashampoo said this - http://i49.tinypic.com/11hxmw4.jpg Trreid google and came accross to this - http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=154732 Will give it a try.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 I'm pretty sure that ImgBurn would have made that folder if it didn't exist.
