How to manually force a re-erase/re-format DVD+RW media?

When a DVD+RW media is new and I want to burn some stuff onto it then the media is formatted/erased at first.

 

How can I later manually force ImgBurn to re-format/re-erase a DVD+RW?

 

I found no corrsponding menu or checkbox.

Tools -> Drive -> Erase -> Full

 

or

 

Right click the drive selection box -> Erase -> Full

 

or

 

Click the 'Erase Disc...' button in the Destination box when you're in Write/Build/Discovery modes and click the 'Full' button.
