CANNOT WRITE DVD/CD

i Cannot write any DVDs/CDs.

i Tried various CD/DVD BRANDS, wrote at minimum/maximum speeds.

But all in vain, it coudnt write any DISCs.

iT can just read DISCs but cannot write them.

 

i Even changed DVD Writer.

 

Previously i was using SONY DVD WRITER {IDE}

Now i have changed to MOSER-BAER.

This writer works perfectly on my friends PC, but doesnt work on MY PC.

 

While Writing, the IMGBURN just freezes.

& it doesnt get Closed also.

If your machine basically stops responding after ImgBurn issues the first write command (so it just shows 'Writing LeadIn'), it's probably driver related.

 

Right click the drive selection box and pick 'Family Tree' off the context menu please.

 

Close the prompt and then copy+paste all the info from the Log window.
