PC Wont Read Wii or X-box 360 Discs

I wan't to make copies of my Wii games and X-Box360 games, but my PC will not even read the discs.  Clearly I can not burn an image if I can't even read the disc.

When I insert a game disc into the drive while ImgBurn is running, the ImgBurn status bar reads "Device not ready (Logical unit not ready, cause not reportable)".

My HTPC is an Intel i3 CPU 540 @ 3.76GHz w/4GB RAM & 32bit operating system.  Windows 7 SP1.  My disc drive is an LG BluRay R/W.

Any suggestions?

PC burner won't read Xbox retail disks.

You need an Xbox Drive from a xbox to do that

Thank you kindly for your reply!  I'll have to get an X-Box drive.

How about the Wii discs?  What do I have to do to read them?

You can find the answers to your questions by Googling.

ImgBurn won't read xbox or Wii games, they're copy protected.
