Try the other supported speeds

Try again after doing a full erase

Make sure the disc is clean - so no dust, finger prints, scratches etc.

 

If all else fails, buy different discs. Your drive must have an issue with burning those.

Maybe it was just a fluke bad burn then.

 

All I can tell you is that the drive thought it had burnt the disc ok but then wasn't able to read back what it just wrote. That's never a good sign and it's as simple as that.
