LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 19, 2013 Share Posted February 19, 2013 Load the program, switch to Write mode and then press the F8 key to enable I/O debug mode. Now click Tools -> Search for SCSI/ATAPI devices Once it's finished and that disc info box is filled out, press F8 again. Then click File -> Save As in the Log window and save it to a file. It probably won't work properly until it at least also displays the drive model and firmware version. Maybe try an older driver? If 10.8 works with your chipset, give that a shot.
